Accessibility Statement
Agiliza is committed to making its application and website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. This statement sets out the standard Agiliza applies, the measures in place, the known limitations and the means of contact.
01 Commitment
Accessibility is part of Agiliza's design and development process. Each screen of the application is verified with a screen reader, at enlarged text sizes and on small devices before release, and accessibility checks form part of the automated test suite.
02 Conformance standard
Agiliza aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, applied to both the application and the website. The application and the website are partially conformant: the majority of content and functionality meets the standard, with the exceptions listed in section 4.
03 Measures in the application
- Compatibility with VoiceOver on iOS and TalkBack on Android: all controls are labelled, screens are read in a logical order and changes of state are announced.
- Support for the system text size up to 200%, with layouts that reflow rather than truncate, and controls of fixed size.
- Observance of the system "Reduce motion" setting, which disables transitions and animations.
- Touch targets of at least 48 × 48 points, with the exceptions noted below.
- Colour contrast meeting level AA, and no information conveyed by colour alone.
- Portuguese and English throughout the application, including the system permission prompts.
- A voice call as an alternative to the SMS authentication code.
04 Known limitations
- The weekly earnings chart in the Provider area contains bars narrower than 48 points on small devices; the values are provided as text above the chart and to screen readers.
- Identity verification and payout configuration are hosted by Stripe; those pages are outside Agiliza's control, although they support screen readers.
- Maps are presented as static images accompanied by a textual description of the location rather than as interactive maps.
- Photographs uploaded by Providers to their Listings do not yet carry individual descriptions; the Listing title describes the service.
05 The website
The website uses semantic headings, keyboard-operable controls with visible focus, contrast meeting level AA on its dark background, and a language switch operable without a pointing device. Animations are reduced when the system requests reduced motion.
06 Contact
Reports of accessibility barriers, and requests for information in an alternative format, may be sent to ola@agiliza.services. Agiliza responds within five working days and addresses the matter in the next release where possible.
07 Complaints
A person who is not satisfied with Agiliza's response may refer the matter to the competent Portuguese authority for accessibility or consumer protection.
